This Privacy Policy explains how Ebony Law, LLC (“Ebony Law,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or submit an inquiry through it.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the description of your matter. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your company or organization, telephone number, and preferred contact method. The ongoing counsel inquiry also asks about your business size, industry, primary legal needs, existing legal resources, and the level of ongoing support you want.

Please do not send confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or time-sensitive information through this website. See our Disclaimers.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether we may be able to assist you (including checking for conflicts of interest), and to operate and protect this website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently use analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

We use Lovable to host this website, store form submissions, and deliver email notifications to us. These providers handle information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

When we share information

We share information only with those service providers, when required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep information

If you submit an inquiry and do not become a client, we keep it for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you become a client, we handle your information under the terms of the engagement and our professional obligations.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and a website form or ordinary email may not be confidential.
